TC EDGE SERIES
TC EDGE SERIES optics provide
a really REVOLUTIONARY AND UNIQUE technique for machine
vision applications.
A proprietary optical technology ensures that only the
rays deviated by an objects edge are imaged on the
detector plane: edges are automatically extracted by
the lens system without any need of software algorithms.
This technicque makes it possible enhancing tiny defects,
particles and surface discontinuities which cannot be
viewed by any other type of lens system.

ENTOCENTRIC LENSES |
MC3-03X Zero Distortion
MACRO lens
MC3-03X Zero Distortion MACRO lens is a non-zooming Macro
lens used to look at different object sizes: from 3 up
to 26 mm on a 2/3 detector (and proportionally less on
smaller size detectors).
By means of an adjustable knob, the desired magnification
can be set and the focus adjusted: once the best focus
is found, the moving element can be blocked by a screw-knob.
With additional spacers, included in the product package,
it is possible to select the required range of magnification.

ZERO DISTORTION FIXED MAGNIFICATION MACRO LENSES

MC SERIES
MC SERIES are a family of macro lenses designed to capture
images of small objects when very good resolution and
nearly zero distortion are needed.
Typically small object fields are observed by means of
long focal length lenses equipped with an additional spacer,
used to correct the working distance.

PERICENTRIC LENSES
PERICENTRIC LENSES are an exclusive product by OPTO ENGINEERING
developed to make possible a 3d peripheral vision of objects
without any aid of mirrors.
By means of a special optical design, with these lenses
just one camera is needed to capture the image of both
the front surface of an object and its surrounding sides:
when the lens looks at a cylindric object both the front
surface and the cylinder surface are imaged at the same
time.
